We understand that things come up!

If you require to change or cancel your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice.

If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your service value will be charged.

If you have to cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, or do not show up for the appointment, 100% of your service value will be charged.

We value you as our client and appreciate your understanding on how this impacts our team as we strive to maintain an up to date schedule to serve all of our clients fairly.
